The host is a great and responsive person who suggested us a better room and shared useful reccommendation on local things to do. The villa is nice but the most amazing thing is its location. It's on the sea cost with a private beach.

The apartment was excellent! The Host Natella let us in early morning that was very pleasant) All the family is very nice and pleasant to talk with) The apartment was clean and comfortable to stay. We had a nice stay here during our Georgia round trip. Apartment was nice, clean, comfortable. Shower hot and with good presure. Kitchen equiped. Hotel is out of city, in a quite place. 5 min walk to a large empty sandy beach. Perfect relax for us and for baby. You can order meals from menu, which are big and homemade tasty. Thank you.

I stayed in Roin Guesthouse for 9 nights because I needed some safe space to do my stuff, and it was a perfect place. It is located close to the road and to the bus stop if you need to get to Batumi or Poti. Also the sea is very close and the beach is almost empty. The accommodation is modest but I was ready for this - please read the description of the place before you make a reservation. The owners are very lovely and friendly family, we established a very good relationship. One more nice thing was that it was possible to stay with a dog.
There also some pets at the property - cats, dogs, birds. So if you want to relax you can just sit on the terrace and observe the life.
I also enjoyed the bakery in front of the property, if you need some food, you can always grab some local pastry there.

Very bid clean and comfortable room with all facilities. Host was very accommodating, opening the gates after midnight when we arrived from the port. The breakfast was excellent. The location perfect, just a short walk from the centre and we felt very secure being located opposite the main police station. It was quet too. In short, this was terrific value for the money and would certainly stay there again. So, highly recommended.
Ruslan Hotel is a nice accommodation if you need to spend just 1-2 nights in Poti. The location is good because it is not far from the centre, and there are lots of cafes and shops. What I really liked is that the noise of port is not realy annoying in this apartment - I expected much worse. There are air-con and warm shower, so it is convinient to stay there. I didn't communicate much with hosts but they seem to be very lovely people. Thanks a lot!
Very close to the beach (walking distance) and Kolkheti national park. Overall quiet and had everything we needed. Good air con, and we didn’t get bitten by mosquitos (which the area is famous for), so that’s a bonus.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. Located conveniently near the city center, it boasts brand new, impeccably clean rooms and bathrooms. The common areas are infused with a lovely fragrance, creating a welcoming atmosphere. As a coffee lover, I was thrilled to find several types of coffee machines available, ensuring a perfect cup every time. My stay was truly enjoyable and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort and convenience.

The landlord lady Ruso is a very welcoming host who even brought us more kitchen utensils we were asking for, the same evening (pan was missing)
