The hotel’s location is truly ideal. Situated in the small village next to the Svetithhoveli Cathedral, it offered easy enjoy the beautiful place and the restaurant for sitting and chill. Whether I was exploring the city or simply enjoying a leisurely stroll, I found the location to be both convenient and charming just half and hour from Tbilisi.

Bike friendly. I recommend staying in the cozy town of Mtskheta if you have already been to Tbilisi. In this town you will feel real Georgian charm. And this is the best guesthouse during my entire trip to Georgia. The guest house is located right in the city center. The hostess Nana is very hospitable. She treated me to two glasses of excellent house wine. Buy the red one and you won't regret it.

Great location - The room was located on main road, just 2 minutes walk from the main church, 5 minutes walk from Samtavro. Also there is a park just in front of the room. There are convenience stores also in the locality.
The room and the bathroom were clean and had all we needed. Location is great , in the city center, you can leave a car in front of the building . Breakfast was delicious . Communication with a host was good , even though he does not speak English, we were able to communicate with a little help of translator :). Highly recommended !

This guest house is really perfect. The space is really big and cosy , the location is really close from the street market and the hosts (Nana and her son) are really kind and welcoming.
They will also respect your privacy and your time as long as helping you with any informations.
Besides that, their garden is beautiful and the neighbourhood is green and quiet.
I recommend this one for solo travellers or friends/couple travellers. ☺️🫶
