The whole house is beautiful and clean, there is a big garden, and terraces, very comfortable place. The lady who owns the house is very kind, she does not really speak english but we could easily communicate with her with translater. The beach is less than 5 mins walk and mostly empty as the hotels are a bit far, but you can walk by the beach to the center area which is around 15mins.

I travelled with my family. We had a great stay.
1. Location is really good, near a cafe and many supermarkets. Batumi beach and other attractions are 20 min walk away.
2. Facilities were good. We had a kettle in our room and we were free to use the hosts kitchen. Some windows did not open, but nothing worrisome.
3. It is a great value for money. The rooms are big.
4. Hosts were amazing, helped us and were very welcoming.
Overall do give it a shot if you're looking for a comfortable, clean, affordable stay in Batumi.

- the hospitality of the host Tamriko — she was extremely friendly and nice to us, always helped when it was needed.
- generally the place is very clean, all utilities are new.

Location is great if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay, sea view, walking dostance form the sea is 3 min. Host met us on the bus station, he is very pleasant person and always replies very fast. Apartment has large balcony, windows are on both sea side and garden behind the building. Recommended!!
