We arrived when it was already dark and left early in the morning as this was our last stay before leaving Georgia.
But what we got was a very welcoming host and his friendly pets. We spent several hours in conversation with him and his mother and this was like the perfect end of our trip to this country. We felt there as good friends.
Rooms are simple, but clean with common facilities (two on 4 rooms) - as we were the only guest, it was just perfect.
If we come to Georgia one more time, we will come there again!

Very peaceful and comfortable place. The owners are very friendly, helpful and wonderful people. They do everything to make the stay perfect. Very tasty breakfast. I cannot recommend this place enough. Our flight was delayed for a few hours and the hosts were waiting for us at the airport at 3am and once they took us to their lovely house they even offered a welcome drink! They've arranged the car for rent with full insurance in a far cheaper price I could ever find while searching on the internet. The breakfast was good and the beds very comfy, the room big and clean, we had everything we needed. The hosts were very nice and welcoming, honest, sincere people, a lovely family.

This is the best guesthouse in Tskhaltubo in terms of location, facilities, view and value for money. We were doing mineral water bath therapy, so proximity to Sources 1 and 6 was very important. The central market is a short walking distance away, as well as the city centre with cafes and restaurants. There’s a beautiful lake just opposite the house, we loved passing by it everyday. Tamaz is an amazing host and makes sure that everyone enjoys staying at his place. We’ll definitely come back here and will recommend Tsivi Tba to our friends.
