FANTASTIC guesthouse in Dedoplistskaro. We stayed in the 'holiday home' for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. It's very cozy and comfortable, super clean and quiet. The guesthouse itself (where the rooms, living- and dining room are) is very nicely decorated, with a shared living room with nice couches. The grounds are beautiful, with different seating areas, and many fruit trees and flowers, even so late in the season.
Temo's hospitable mom and staff cook up a storm, and the food is absolutely delicious.
Despite having our own car, we opted for a tour with Temo to Vashlovani. We were very glad we did. Besides the logistics (it's many kilometers, many different roads and after/during rain, the driving is not the easiest), Temo is a geographer and knows a lot about (,local) flora and fauna; his tour is superb. He shared so much of his knowledge on so many topics, we were observing gazelles and birds, and learned a lot about the park. Oh, and he is also a really nice guy:). Didi madloba and we hope to be back!

Gio was a friendly and responsive host who spoke excellent English and made me feel welcome right away. I was able to ocmmunicate with him through the app when I needed anything, and he was quick to answer. The room was lovely and well-lit, with great natural lighting and a good desk. I appreciated having use of the kitchen, which was well-equipped. The balcony gives a nice view of the cities and mountains. The guesthouse is in walking distance to the city center, and there are good restaurants nearby.

We loved Maria's place. She is a great hostess. The view from her apartment is excellent. They provided us with a secure, private and easy parking space. She made us a delicious breakfast. The location is the best in the city to explore on foot. The are lots of places of interest near her place, as well as great restaurants and wineries. We would love to stay at her place again when in the area.

Theo's Cottages is a hidden gem - quiet, with amazingly hospitable hosts, and located next to the beautiful Eagles' Canyon. The houses are basic but comfortable, and the garden adds that extra summery feel you will not get in a hotel. The hosts are wonderful and they really take care you are comfortable. Home-cooked dinner was very good, and served on good crockery with good cutlery. Also, the hosts helped me when I got into a small car accident in the national park and called them. They made sure I got help. To be recommended!
Lovely guesthouse! Very nice hosts, good meals and breakfast. Temo knows a lot about the local nature and animals (birds, mammals, reptiles), and can guide you to several nature areas.
Cosy and convenient house on a picturesque slope populated by all kinds of domesticated animals. Despite a quite prominent symphony of frogs from a pond nearby (we paid a visit in April) I can say that the area is very peaceful and quiet. The guesthouse has a cute garden where you can chill and enjoy the view. The location is perfect for hiking to the Eagle Gorge canyon. At the cost of 40 GEL we got a huge and delicious dinner from local farmers (of course with home vine) and a breakfast with a large omelette and coffee.
