Feride and her family are fully committed to the comfort of their guests. The rooms and amenities are well maintained, the meals are home-made of good quality products and Feride cooks fantastic hachapuri herself! The beach is literally within a stone’s throw. The city center is 15 min away by bus or a taxi and the Botanical garden can be easily reached by feet. Very good apartment with separate bedroom, comfortable bed for 2 persons, sofa, 2 televisions and it was clean. Great balcony with sea, mountain and batumi city view. Staff is very helpful, they helped us during check in they can help you with luggage transportation. Good restaurants outside and you have everything in the resort area. The hostel is new on booking. Simple room, nice balcony with view of the sea and the rail way, kitchen, you enter toilet from Balcony. Easy to get to the sea. If you walk 500 m back direction Batumi you find a shop and a cafe with normal selection of food. Every evening there is an elderly man playing DJ, he invites you to sing karaoke.
Very good location. 10 min from the beach and that is a beach that is very far from being crowded, that means one guest/group for every 50m. So, if you are looking for that, consider this place. You can also see the sea side from the guesthouse, that is on a hill, but unfortunately the view is mostly hidden by some bushes.
They have cats in the garden, which my children loved so much.
The host is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Everything was perfect. Great location, comfortable apartment with all facilities, beautiful view, and Amiran is a fantastic host. We will definitely come back again.
