I was met promptly by my friendly host.The location is good, central near restaurants and a grocery store. Only short walk to Princess Alexandria Auditorium. The bed was comfy, huge bathroom, and the bedroom was surprisingly quiet, considering it overlooked the high street. Everywhere was nice and clean.

Have been visiting friends in Yarm for many years and have stayed in a variety of lodging types. This is the best out of all of the places we have ever stayed. It is impeccably clean, modern, very well appointed and the staff could not be nicer. It is located in a quiet setting and is incredibly comfortable. Would highly recommend this property if you are staying anywhere in the area.

The property has everything you need for a great stay, in the perfect location close to the high street with its many shops, bars and restaurants, with the added bonus of a parking space. John is a great host, we had biscuits, chocolates and milk for when we arrived. The apartment is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We loved it.
Chris is a superb host, stayed up late in order for me to access my room, helped me take in my bags and ensured I was comfortable be he left. I had travelled 250 miles from London to arrive 22:45 and access to reception and facilities are normally closed at 20:00 to those with out the keys. The room was comfortable, and I like unique boutique accommodation when I stay away from home. This was a perfect place to get my head down and the breakfast that was made to order in the morning was excellent. Fantastic value for money

Was very cosy and lovely decor. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was lovely and powerful. Great location just off the high street. All communication with the host Neil was very easy and friendly.
Property was in a great location. Luxurious feel to the apartment & very clean. Had everything we needed for a night away - wish we had a booked a couple of nights! Great host, on hand if we had any queries/questions. Parking spaces available too!
Superb accommodation, spotlessly clean, well appointed, fantastic breakfast, secure parking and a great host. Nice and quiet but only a few minutes from Yarm with plenty of bars and restaurants.
