Karen went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. I stayed during a snowy cold spell at the beginning of January and the house was very warm and cosy on arrival. Unfortunately there was a power cut the next morning due to the weather so most of the electricity & lights stopped working but Karen still managed to cook me a full hot breakfast with limited resources. She made sure I had a hot cup of tea before I left for my wedding, too! The whole place was super clean, very homely and a very comfortable place to stay, despite the power cut! Thank you, Karen.

Absolutely loved the location , easy to walk to shops, bars and restaurants, would like to visit Chester again and do a bit of sightseeing. Alison the host was very friendly and informative, overall we enjoyed our stay

Property was immaculately clean, welcome was excellent, bedroom, shower and dining facilities were also excellent. Breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious. Mark is a thoughtful and welcoming host who is attentive to his guests in a quiet, efficient and unobtrusive way. A great stay in a quiet but picturesque location. The Tolmarche pub is the nearest eatery and serves a good choice of options.
Family holiday, stayed here for a week. Great facilities, nice sized garden, Spacious rooms. Everything we needed was provided in the property. The garden was completely secure for our tiny dogs.
Great base to explore surrounding areas, we explored Chester and Liverpool. We used the train station in Winsford for this so we hardly used the car.
Justin was a great host, he answered a few questions we had via messages within half hour.
