A beautiful room with more amenities than I knew I needed. Really clean, lovely and warm, very comfortable bed, quiet neighbourhood a 10 minute walk from Bournemouth town centre, plenty of parking on the driveway and to top it all off, a very attentive host.

The property was well appointed with things like a computer and a printer, not that we used them. It provided a very basic breakfast.

Excellent breakfast. Vegan and gluten free options everything catered for, nothing was too much trouble. Really comfy bed, beautiful room (Room 1) and lovely shower. First floor overlooking the front of the building. West facing, so you get the sun in the afternoon/ evening.

This is an exceptional guest house. The hosts Ingrid and Ian could not have made you feel more welcome and were very helpful. The room was superb with a large bed, a fridge and great en suite with a large walk in shower, there is also the added bonus of access to your own garden area perfect on a balmy evening. Everything was spotlessly clean. Parking on site means that you can walk into the town centre only 10 minutes walk away. I would highly recommend this guest house to anyone who is looking for a relaxing break in a great location.
Mike is a charming and friendly and accommodating host. We had to be up early to catch a ferry and Mike provided us with four large packed breakfasts including both bacon and sausage sandwiches. The accomodation is very clean and comfortable in a quiet setting. It would have been nice to have stayed longer.
