Lovely B&B in a quiet village, easy driving distance to a lovely sandy beach at Wells.
Lovely garden with hot-tub, with view onto fields. Very welcoming, friendly hosts and the breakfast was a good selection. There were nice touches such as robes, good quality bathroom products and mini bar in the lounge at reasonable prices. We hope to visit again.
Lovely clean and quiet. In a good location for event in Holkham Estate. Off street car parking and very helpful hosts.
I was late arriving and they even had 2 lovely slices of homemade cake left in the room.
Bathroom was spotless and the robes/slippers were a lovely touch.
Lovely guesthouse with friendly team and a superb breakfast. The outside space and hot tub was a lovely addition to the facilities- great area for cycling and very quiet.
Owl cottage was perfect for our family stay. There was a safe enclosed garden which was ideal for our dog and a sun trap (when it came out) for us. Very quiet village location but opposite a good pub. The host left excellent information and also left us some milk and a delicious cake. There was everything we needed in the cottage, good kitchen facilities, very comfortable beds and nicely furnished throughout with some quirky little touches. Only a ten minute drive to Wells and a good local supermarket.
The guest house was lovely really clean and lovely decorated the room was lovely too we arrived to a slice of cake waiting which was a really lovely touch after a long journey along with a selection of tea and coffee with fresh milk kept in a little fridge in the hall way

Everything was perfect. Great location to local beaches but quiet enough to get away from it all. Peaceful. Nature right out of the kitchen window. Bonus of watching the Barn Owl hunt at dusk. Comfortable furnishing and so cosy with a great wood burner.
Comfortable and well appointed rooms, lovely guest lounge. everywhere was spotless, even the natural colour carpet looked like new. Bedding was white, all perfectly ironed! Mattress so comfy. Beautiful garden and hot tub. Quiet location. Freshly prepared breakfast with huge choice. Friendly host. Cake on arrival and honesty bar were lovely touches. Quality toiletries provided. Superb all round
