First off Haven Crest was the 4th B&B we have stayed in at Whitby but it is by far the BEST. Breakfasts were good but what really stood out was the cleanliness of the whole establishment. If you could find any traces of dirt or dust then I would be very surprised. It was spotless. Also to have 4,yes 4 cabinets with 16 drawers in total PLUS a big double doored wardrobe for all our clothes was unbelievable. Not cheap stuff but very good quality.
We will definately be back next year

I have stayed here before and it is absolutely spotlessly clean, the bathroom is very modern and the bed is really comfortable and it's handy for all the shops and bars but still slightly away from all the hustle and bustle.

the breakfast was amazing, well presented and such a good selection. I am vegan and my partner is not - we were both catered for exceptionally well even though it was a last minute booking. Great idea to have on a tray so you can eat in private. Wonderful caring hosts, knowledgeable about the area. Attention to detail was excellent and decor very tasteful. Such a comfortable stay and warm welcome. In a nice quiet area with a pleasant short walk to the centre. Parking on site is a bonus. I hope they have rooms available when we next visit Whitby or the surrounding area.

Everything was fantastic, quiet great location cannot recommend it enough. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Host was not needed but on hand, great three days.

A great location just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Whitby, as well as the train and bus station. The room had a good view of Whitby Abbey. The breakfast was great with farm fresh eggs. Dave & Tania were great hosts sorting walking routes for me do.
I also managed to park outside the guest house for 3 days for £2 a day, which Dave sorted on arrival, that was a bonus.
Comfty bed and a great host, what more do you want for such a cheap price? You'll be staying in a normal bedroom in a normal house in a quiet neighbourhood next to the museum and park. The host made us feel welcome and at home. We will definitely return sometime 👍
