From booking to arrival to welcome, Jayne has been extremely responsive and quick!
Super dog- friendly, our room was a large room, with welcome treaties greeting us and our dogs. The bed is good quality and extremely comfortable,and there was enough space for all of us!
The bathroom was gorgeous and spacious, with hot water at a good high pressure!
Jayne gave great recommendations of which dog-friendly places to eat, and it encompasses those which are not pubs, which was a bonus! Cooked breakfast in the mornings was sumptuous, and of good quality ingredients, which gave us the energy for our daily 10 mile walks!
Situated a 10 min walk away from the beach, and off-road parking, it is in the perfect location.

The room was warm and clean. Bed was really comfy. Lovely breakfast items in the room with milk, water and orange juice, a kettle, variety of tea bags, cereals, pastries etc. Excellent price for 1 nights stay and 10 days parking. It's very safe and well maintained. Perfect for singles, couples or families. Short drive from the airport and Ben provides an excellent taxi to and from the airport. Would highly recommend!

So welcoming and a beautiful space, perfect for us. Lovely little touches like homemade tiffin and local info etc. WiFi great, warm and cosy, super comfy bed. Everything we needed for a nights stay. Just a shame we couldn’t stay longer and enjoy the local area.

I stayed here following the Chase the Sun bike ride and had a very comfortable evening. Mell and Cai were great hosts and I felt very welcomed in their home. Breakfast is delicious (and plenty!) with lots of options. They have a secure garage for bike storage and the location was so quiet. I didn’t hear a single noise all night so perfect for a good night’s sleep. I’d definitely stay here again.

Overall the entire experience has been excellent ,host's were incredibly helpful, welcoming and superb customer service lovely quiet location but close by to town and only short drive to Bristol city centre or the shopping complex "The Mall" you made my Grandaughters sweet 16 special trip with Nana very special Thank you
great location close to all amenities. cleanliness of the room and the whole building was far better than most hotels and other guest houses. Sam the host was amazing honest and friendly. very quiet considering majority of most hotels are loud noisy people shouting etc but none of that here. you’ve got a kitchen downstairs where you can use the microwave and kettle witch is a bonus.
