Great use of a small space. Nicely kitted out. Decent sized fridge, thanks. Comfy bed. Nice little place, however could only do one night there.

Stayed here after coming back from Europe via the ferry to Harwich. Room (6/7) was clean, comfortable temperature, and remarkably quiet for being not far off a busy intersection. Host had put complimentary drinks in the refrigerator, which was most welcomed.

The room was clean, but I wouldn't call this a luxury room. The pressure of the shower was very good. The WiFi was also fast. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location was good, 15/20 min walking to the center, but nearby there are convenience stores open in the evening.

Great location for visiting my family. Just a short walk away. Nice and quiet so could sleep with windows open. Very comfy beds with
quality bed linen in nicely decorated rooms. Sleeping well is high on my priority list. I would have used the garden if the weather had been better. Excellent parking facilities. The host made an effort to decorate the place for Xmas and made sure we had baking trays for our Xmas lunch. Comfy sofa. Nice and light during the day and good lighting to make it soft and cosy at night.
