Andrew and Stephanie are the perfect hosts and have created a cosy oasis right in the middle of bustling Looe. Exceptionally clean room and bathroom, wonderful room with fantastic facilities and an incredibly comfortable bed; amazing attention to detail, from the fresh milk in the fridge to free parking, fluffy towels and a proper hairdryer. Breakfast is cooked to order and delicious. Thanks for a brilliant couple of days.

Sammy is great host, very friendly and breakfast was very tasty. The room really was with a great view, overlooking the bridge and river. Really enjoyed sitting in window aisle and looking as the dusk falls and city lights turn on, illuminating the river and yachts. Although the guest house is located in center of city, it was very calm throughout the night. And no noise from neighbors also. A cosy place where to get much needed rest.

Just spent two nights in this very cosy guest house. Lovely room with en-suite and a fantastic shower. Absolute bonus was the fridge in the room to chill our wine! Breakfast included was superb with fresh fruit and cooked breakfast with lots of choice and they catered for my vegan diet. Brilliant location overlooking the harbour with parking if you need it. Would definitely recommend booking early to get the harbour rooms. Thanks Julie and Ben for being great hosts!
