Amazing communication from the host- so accommodating and welcoming. Received the relevant information in plenty of time.
We booked the entire house. On arrival we found the whole place beautiful and spotless. Very tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard. In each room there is a Bosch coffee machine with multiple Costa pods, which was amazing seeing as there are 6 rooms and each room was equally equipped. The living and kitchen area were lovely and well furnished and the courtyard was absolutely beautiful!
All bedrooms were a good size, beds were wonderful and comfy and the towels were soft and fluffy!
We were unfortunate enough to be staying during the riots, however the house and street we were on was lovely and quiet. We were able to enjoy the private courtyard feeling safe and away from any trouble.
A damage deposit was requested and was returned on the evening of us leaving which was fantastic timing and the host was lovely and grateful for how the house was looked after.
I would highly recommend this accommodation for both the hire of one room and the whole house!

Great location by park and waterfront, not far from station, host Hayley was lovely very helpful and facilities where great, plenty of room for a family or even two families to stay, with washer and dryer which we used and a fab curry house over road magic spices.
Very comfortable and quiet property, I stayed for 14 days whilst working locally. It is in a great location within a 2 minute walk to the promenade and a 15-20 walk to New Brighton where there are quite a few restaurants.
The apartment is situated 20 minutes away from Liverpool city centre on the bus in one direction, or 20 minutes away from New Brighton beach in the other. There’s lots of small convenience stores and chippies etc in walking distance. Also a small playground, Catholic Church and a social club too which is called The Great Float - Karaoke nights are from 8pm on Fridays. The apartment was quiet at night, very clean, beautifully furnished with all mod cons including fan oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Beds were clean and comfy too.
quaint little place right by the sea , very dog friendly , lovely hosts even let us check in early and had a sausage and egg butty as a little added extra !
Lovely apartment - everything you need provided. The host had great communication and was very helpful explaining all of the gadgets etc. The apartment is lovely and quiet, parking is easy, access to my job was effortless. Waste bins available in the courtyard. Good lighting inside and out.
