Lovely characterful elegant house, beautifully looked after. The rooms are clean and stylish. Sue is kind, thoughtful and helpful without being overbearing. There is a kitchen for guests to use with Microwave, fridge and airfryer! Brilliant. And centre of town, shops and station are an easy, flat, 7 mins walk max. Poole Park and the sea are 10 mins walk. Great Location. Would love to stay here again

Helped us out last minute as our car broke down 200 miles from home. Absolutely brilliant very comfy and clean. Would 100% recommend to anyone very friendly.

A lovely comfy room with a spacious en suite. Tea, coffee and milk in a fridge provided which is always a welcome bonus. Lovely host and perfect location close to the town centre.
The room and bathroom very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Comfy bed. Quiet place no noise from street. Walking distance of 15 min to the main beach. No problems with parking.
Lovely spacious ensuite room with private picnic table (with fairy lights over) and chairs just outside. All we needed for a warm summers weekend in Swanage. Easy and quiet 15 min walk to the harbour and sea front.

It was a pleasant stay at Kate's place. The place was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with all the necessary things including grounded coffee and felt very welcoming. It's in a quiet and peaceful environment and very close to the center.
This was a room only booking so there was no breakfast.
We liked the quiet location and closeness to the town centre and beach.
The room was tastefully decorated, as was the en suite, with all available space put to good use without being overly cluttered.
The bed was firm and comfortable., not to my wife's taste but it suited me just fine, including the nice plump pillows!
I should also mention that Kate's communication was excellent!
Beautiful little cottage, clean and nicely furnished, with a lovely garden. The host thoughtfully provided us with everything we could want in terms of amenities and extra little details like a loaf of freshly cooked bread and logs for the stove.
