Great location at the beachfront and nearby to areas of interest. The hosting couple are very welcoming. Given the above, we felt the price was reasonable, and deserving of a recommendation.

Lisa is an amazing host . 142 is a lovely boutique b+b right in the centre of Mumbles , just set back from the front , with off street parking . The place is absolutely spotlessly clean . The breakfast was 11/10 . If we are ever in the area again we would love to go back .
