The rooms were really lovely and comfortable. Loved the style of the 70s room. Staff were so helpful and chatty! Perfect location, near the pier and loads of options for parking with a permit

Perfect spot and great value for money. Easy check in, super comfy bed, tea/coffee/milk and mini fridge were very welcome extras that made the place super homely. Would definitely come back if in the area!

Self check in was great - queuing at a reception desk when you've had a long drive is tiresome.
Breakfast on both days was generous and beautifully cooked - Emma even cooked me a poached egg as I'm not a fan of other kinds (sorry Emma). We were lucky with the weather - cool but sunny - and eating breakfast under the pergola really felt like being on holiday. There was a cute little dining area in our cabin had the weather not been so kind. The bed linen felt luxurious, was spotless and we slept like logs. Plenty of rugs were provided had we wished to sit outside in the evening. I was over excited by the Nespresso machine for which limitless pods were supplied. Small touches like the fresh milk (no fiddly capsules) and bottled water in our fridge were appreciated too. We followed Bryony and Emma's advice and ate at the Ram Inn nearby on our first night and it couldn't have been better so read the guest book in your cabin for advice and tips.
Centrally located on Brighton's seafront square, this grade II, luxuryboutique hotel has stylish rooms with free Wi-Fi, excellent personal service and a varied breakfast menu.

Lovely comfortable room and was given a larger room than had booked which was welcomed gladly!
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Host was lovely and very helpful nothing was too much trouble. The property was very clean and perfect for my needs for the week. The decor was lovely too x felt like my own little home for the week. Great to have the use of a fridge, freezer and microwave too as I was on a tight budget xx lovely big shower and comfy bed
We made our own breakfasts in the kitchenette. Tesco express is very handy for all your needs.
Our host was very friendly and tried to provide anything we asked for within reason.
Very nice to have your own door to the property and a car parking space was invaluable.
I've stayed with Belinda several times now, it's almost as if I'm treated as a member of the family. The house is wonderful and quiet. It has excellent transport (B&H 14 bus) and local store (Tesco) almost directly outside. Never had a bad night in the property. Belinda is a 10/10 host. It's a pleasure to have met such an inviting host.
