We love this place and have stayed many times! The staff are all wonderful and so friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious and very clean with a super comfy bed. The breakfast was fantastic and so varied. A great hotel at a great price too!

It was clean and cosy. It was advertised as a cosy little bolt hole but was perfect for our overnight stay. A lovely comfy bed and well used space for our clothing and luggage. There is a private bathroom and small area for a a kettle and fridge with plenty coffee and fresh milk. Smart TV which every child needs with Alexa giving us our music on request. All in all.....just what we needed after our long walk from Eastbourne to Newhaven. Thanks for an enjoyable stay. Ideal for a short stay or overnight ferry stop.

very friendly and attentive staff. My room was in the basement, which is a bit surprising at first, but totally ok. the room was lovely, so inviting and with great interieur. Breakfast was 2 buildings next to mine, which was also no issue at all.

Host was lovely and very helpful nothing was too much trouble. The property was very clean and perfect for my needs for the week. The decor was lovely too x felt like my own little home for the week. I've stayed with Belinda several times now, it's almost as if I'm treated as a member of the family. The house is wonderful and quiet. It has excellent transport (B&H 14 bus) and local store (Tesco) almost directly outside. Never had a bad night in the property. Belinda is a 10/10 host. It's a pleasure to have met such an inviting host.
