The hosts who welcomed us at the accommodation were very friendly and helpful and we had a very enjoyable stay there. Great location very spacious bungalow.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Charming, quiet, clean, Dave the owner was a good host and very welcoming. Perfect hotel. Dave even kindly upgraded me to the balcony room which was excellent. Perfect place to rest and enjoy. Work trip so was ideally located to local shops etc
Great location. Room was spacious enough. Looking towards river. Spacious shower. Tea and coffee facilities. Staff lovely. Pleasant and welcoming. Hosts Bob and shan have only took over property in the last week..
Very lovely house, immaculately clean with some welcoming touches eg milk in the fridge on arrival. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, but close to the town centre, the canal basin and a large supermarket.
Great Location for exploring the West Midlands and beyond.
Jovial host most welcoming took time to show me my room even though she was on her own due to staff shortages , basic pub food cooked to perfection. Great atmosphere, great location, lovely walk by the canal. Plan to revisit.
The room was lovely. The view out the back was great. Very comfy bed, nice big TV, plenty of tea and coffee and milk in the fridge. The blackout blind was very much appreciated. We were greeted by Nannette who was a great host and made us feel welcome.
The room was a pleasant sizeable en-suite that overlooks the canal. Very quiet and peaceful despite being upstairs to a pub.
The pub itself is very old and quaint, and due to its location I think only very local or long term residents know of its existence.
excellent parking . Great location for our needs. Host very welcoming and friendly and helpful. Quiet area lovely place to stay.
