Lovely room, well proportioned and very clean, the fridge in the room was a great bonus, good sized en-suite shower room again very clean and bright.
Pet friendly, our dog was welcomed with open arms.
Plenty of free on site parking.
Great breakfast with nothing too much to ask.
Wonderful hosts Vanessa and Cameron were always on hand to offer assistance if required.

Breakfast was delicious and Julia was very kind and helpful. Beautiful old building in a quiet side street but within walking distance of the town center. We had a spacious family room which worked well for us and our three young children. We really enjoyed our stay!

Lynne is an exceptional host, couldn't have made me feel more welcome. The accommodation is beautiful and clean with so many extras. The location is ideal, and a short walk into beautiful Stoke Gabriel. The sky light gives the most amazing view of the stars, as there is no light pollution - an absolute treat! Would recommend Ladybird Lodgings 100%. Will definitely return.
The Burrows is located in a quiet ,peaceful area within easy reach of two decent pubs and the river and there is everything you need for a short stay .Lynne is the perfect host who makes you welcome is full of information and nothing is too much trouble..

Stoke Gabriel is a very pretty village and it was lovely to be able to walk to the Dart river.
Great location, lovely clean house, nice and warm. Really nice welcome with a bottle of prosecco, milk and homemade scones and jam plus clotted cream. It was well thought through and much appreciated. Also loved that the house was uncluttered with plenty of storage space for our luggage etc.
Stoke Gabriel is a beautiful village, incredibly peaceful and very friendly. Hayes cottage fits into this character, with mod cons & home comforts. The garden is a great addition. The host was very welcoming with the lovely touch of welcoming gifts (milk, wine) & good communication to check that we were ok.
The property was perfect for our stay. (2 adults and a dog) The location was just right, peaceful, quiet and tucked out of the way, yet only ever a short drive away from places that we wanted to visit. The facilities in the property were spot on for us, especially the secure garden area for our little dog. The host was great and super quick to reply to any messages. Communication was great. Would most definitely recommend and would stay here again.
