The owners are lovely and make a real effort to make you feel at home. And the beds are fantastic!!!! Dinner was enjoyable and breakfast was excellent.

Made to feel very welcome at all times. Attentive to detail. Great hosts and super clean accomodation and really great breakfast. Could not fault in any way. Also great pub restaurants nearby and a super deli in Nayland.

The property is beautiful, and absolutely what we wanted on our break. The peace and quiet, and the hospitality - superb. Plus, one can take a short, charming walk across country up into the village to The Crown pub and restaurant, which has a great menu (takes about 15 mins).
Everything: the beautiful garden where we were served Tea and offered cake; the delicious breakfasts; the spacious bedroom, the location; the peace and quiet; the hosts who couldn't do enough, they knew we were going to a wedding, offered ys iron, on return from a busy day, "would you like to relax with tea in the garden" All in all a delightful place, we will return.
An amazing hotel and restaurant in a charming area in Dedham Vale. The food was really top notch and staff friendly and helpful. It was so quiet at night. Very comfortable and tasteful.

Quaint house, good sized rooms, very welcoming host, fabulous garden, amazing breakfast. David was very attentive with cake and tea on arrival and on our second day after a long cycle ride. Nothing was any trouble at all.
