First of all, it was very cosy. Second, the neighbourhood was quiet and I could hear only wind and some seagulls in the distance. Finally, the house is near the town centre with bus stops close by.

Fabulous cottage in the centre of Yarm, with parking. The cottage was much bigger than we thought and easily sleeps four adults. The furnishings were beautiful. The location was quiet and sleep was undisturbed. Host left milk and breakfast bars as a complimentary gift. We would recommend booking this cottage.

The location was lovely in the middle of the country side, very quiet and had a lovely view. The breakfast was excellent and Vallerie was a great hostess and very obliging allowing us to book in early and making breakfast early on our departure. Would certainly go back and recommend to friends and family.
