Beautifully curated furniture and pictures. Great selection of teas, shortbread and scones for tea on arrival. Parking and personable host who was conversational and authentic. Lots of little comforts like sweet jars in the hallway, Epsom salts for the bath and fresh soft bathrobe on request. Breakfast was flexible and well cooked. A delight of a stay in easy walking distance from Perth Centre, and parking space. Highly recommend!

We had such a lovely time here! Graham and Karen were excellent hosts and I would definitely recommend asking Graham about local walks in the area as he pointed us to some excellent ones.

The room was cosy and exactly what we wanted for our stay. Ideal location and we were met at reception with a friendly welcome from staff who couldn't of been anymore helpful 😀
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
What's not to like? Beautiful house in a beautiful location, just a minute's walk from the banks of the river Tay, just so peaceful and picturesque. The house was spotless with everything you'd need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. Susan is a great host, very responsive and so helpful. We didn't want to leave!
The farm is a true gem. Our room was spacious and super comfortable. Owners are really kind and willing to make the hosts feeling at home. We did not have cooked breakfast as there are plenty of options and fresh fruit from the farm.
Ideal location for travelling North or South on the A9. A lovely old farmhouse with a beautiful garden with safe and secure parking. Quiet and secluded. Despite some concerns about wi-fi it was fine in the twin room I stayed in. The room was spacious and full of character. Hostess was friendly and welcoming as was the retired sheepdog who guards the door.
Easy to find, plenty of parking, great hosts - nothing too much trouble. Wonderful home cooked breakfast.
Would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for sharing your home.
The house in itself is worth the visit, the room is spacious, perfectly clean and nicely warm. Our hostess was very friendly and made us feel at home. Home-made breakfast with freshly cooked rhubarb and fresh fruit. What a treat!
Wonderful stay on 350 years old farm. Very clean, tastefully decorated and furnished. Great host - very friendly and helpfull. Amazing breakfast - selection of tasty fresh fruit and cereal, followed by made-to order eggs, bacon ect, Location suprisingly quiet during the night - despite the direct vincinity of A9 motorway.
