A fantastic stay just on the edge of Padstow! We were incredibly happy with our stay here! Everything from the cleanliness of the Annex to the little touches of the bathroom toiletries were amazing! We will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely location. Just a bit of a walk into newquay but that's lovely if the weather is okay. The hotel itself is excellently managed, the staff are lovely and it's breakfast and dinner food were lovely. We had a fantastic stay.

Key and room instructions were very clear. Everything was clean and as expected. On meeting Angie she was very welcoming and helpful.

Lovely and clean stay close to the station, high Street and beautiful Towan Beach. I stayed there with my 8 year old daughter and she loved the place. The staff is very sweet and helpful.

So often you stay somewhere and something does not work or is not quite right. Everything worked. It was the attention to detail that was so good.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Great location overlooking Harlyn Bay and on the bus route for the Atlantic Coastal service into Newquay and Padstow which was handy but also very quiet.
The property was small, compact and very quaint with a lovely garden. Had all amenities and beds were comfy.
The property was generously sized and comfortable. The kitchen was well provisioned with pans, utensils etc. A very quiet spot and only a few mins walk from the beach. I contacted the host Fiona to advise on parking for a second car and got a clear, helpful response (on this occasion I was able to borrow another space on site which was really convenient).
Loved the interior style, comfortable bed, cosy feel. Everything you need for cooking provided. Hot shower and bathroom in seperate close cabin. Fenced garden - very dog friendly. Great hosts. Lovely wood stove. Private and a great location overlooking clear countryside perfect for visiting the north coastline, watergate/bedruthan/mawgan area and also super close to padstow but far out enough for perfect peace and tranquility.

The caravan was so homely and comfortable, had so many helpful extras you don’t get normally at a caravan. comfortable beds, games, good knifes and kitchen equipment.

Good quiet location, lovely new bedding and comfy beds, the beds were already made which was an unexpected bonus, plenty of outdoor seating on the decked area, clean, well equipped property, virtually instant hot water, good wardrobe/cupboard space, designated parking area at side of property.
The hosts were very helpful and responded straight away to our couple of queries about towel/ bedding provision and to confirm if our checking in/out times were OK.
Overall good accommodation and good value for money
