Excellent location just opposite the beach tidal swimming pool and view on to the ocean. Also it is not far away from shopping area of St Heliers. Bus stop very close. Good restaurants in the neighbourhood.

For starters, please note that this is not a 5* hotel with all the trimmings but a guesthouse, so the rating is based on price paid and services on offer.. If you want a simple comfortable bed/soft shower, easy access to town and with a full breakfast prepared in minutes (yes, they only serve after 800/815am) then this is the place for you. Paula was a wonderful host and I spent 5 days there with no major issues.
The kindness of the hosts who stayed up late to welcome us after a delayed flight and prepared a small breakfast that we could eat in our rooms before we left early in the morning on the last day. The place was centrally located - a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre and a 2 minute walk from the beach and Lido. A nice cooked breakfast! The guesthouse had lots of leaflets and was located in a quiet area. Great value for money - a neat and clean place in a lovely and safe location!

The Guest house has a very friendly atmosphere. The staff do a very good job - nice breakfasts that last all day, excellent cleaning of the rooms and shared areas, polite hosts and I was happy to stay there. My stay added to my holiday. The location is very safe and convenient and easy to get to- close to the sea and lido and buses and St Helier. My room was quiet with no street noise. I have no complaints at all.
