Phil and his partner were very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, had an ensuite shower and even had a pull out desk! The cooked breakfast in the morning was very high quality. The location of the guesthouse is amazing. Literally right next to it is a beautiful river that flows all the way down to the sea and there is a lovely path you can follow beside it. I'd love to return one day, thank you for a lovely stay!

The hosts were very responsive. The cottage is newly furbished and decorated. It's well equipped, clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. It's opposite the Seaton Wetlands and a lovely path to Seaton beachfront. The hosts left milk, tea, coffee and sugar, which was lovely.
