Gorgeous rooms with lovely furnishings and very comfortable. Lovely family run BnB- staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and you had a good choice. I stopped by to ask if I could leave my bag early, before check in time, and was greeted warmly and able to check in early. Great location close to the centre of Durham but a quiet street.

Great location, very big room that was really comfortable. Loved having a sofa and TV! Parking was easy and free. Despite being on the ground floor it wasn't noisy so we had a good quiet stay. Communication with the owner was great, with very clear instructions about how to get in.

Parking was good, there's lots of places. Easy walking distance to Seaham seafront with great eateries. We would definitely stay here again.
