The Bell Guesthouse, hotel in Seaham

Offering stylish accommodation with a bar and free WiFi, The Bell Guesthouse is a 4-minute drive from the centre of Peterlee.

The staff were so friendly and genuinely wanted to make your stay the best. You could see that there were continual improvements made within the rooms and the room and bedding were clean. The best bit of the whole experience was the staff and the fantastic breakfast. It's a shame the pub didn't do food, as we would have had our evening meal there. The pub was a local pub and the locals were also friendly. A nice overall stay.

Castle View Guesthouse, hotel in Seaham

Situated in Durham, Castle View Guesthouse features 4-star accommodation with private terraces. It is located 25 km from Stadium of Light and provides a housekeeping service.

Lovely B&B, beautifully decorated, good-sized rooms with en-suite. The breakfast was great (although served from 8 am onward), and the staff friendly and helpful. It is not a hotel, so the rooms are not cleaned during your stay (I stayed 4 nights). The location is great, within walking distance from the station and the city centre.

Great location, very big room that was really comfortable. Loved having a sofa and TV! Parking was easy and free. Despite being on the ground floor it wasn't noisy so we had a good quiet stay. Communication with the owner was great, with very clear instructions about how to get in.
