The welcome was fabulous and was appreciated on a dark dirty night .The premises was exceptionally clean and well cared for you could tell the owners have so much pride in their business.
The decor was modern yet comfortable and the fixtures and fittings and attention to detail were appreciated by me.
The hospitality tray was well stocked and this has been the only place out of the 20+ hotels I stay in per year that I have never had to go asking for more supplies.
Great bathroom and the water was always hot with a powerful shower and the addition of sanitary items and other essentials such as cotton buds were very welcome and although not used would have been great if needed
The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with ample choice to please even the fussiest of eater and the coffee was amazing.
The house is in a fab location a stones throw from the town yet away from constant passing of people leads to a great nights sleep.

Gorgeous house in a beautiful spot. Easy to find (look for the pink house) with parking right out front. Views from the room were just stunning, especially with a good sunrise! Nice clean room with everything needed (included wifi which was not on the Booking.com listing) - we especially appreciated the delicious breakfast the next morning at the time that suited us!
Thank you to Paul too who was very friendly and welcoming.
Would definitely stay again if we ever venture back!
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Great host, very well appointed rooms with high end touches, spotlessly clean, great location and quality fresh cooked breakfast.
Would highly recommend.
Nicely decorated with modern kitchen facilities. Saundersfoot beach and shops, bars and restaurants close by but the cottage was quiet and private. Kate the host was very nice and helpful.
The room was spacious with all the facilities needed. The guesthouse was very quiet at night, our room was overlooking the garden. The free parking was a dream and the distance to town was perfect. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Dave and Sue were perfect hosts.
Brilliant location for both Saundersfoot and Tenby. The guest house was spotless with lovely decor and everything we needed. Debbie is a great host, very welcoming, breakfast was exceptional every morning of our stay.
It is in a charming little village on the beach. Old house with rather small rooms but they are charming. Staff is very friendly. They are good hosts. I´d rather stay in this kind of old guesthouses. It is not according to the latest standards but the atmosphere is far better.
