Everything about this property and management is exceptional. From the moment we arrived we were made feel so welcome. Owner and his partner went above and beyond to make our stay in beautiful St Ives so comfortable. I would highly recommend people to stay in this central property next to the train station, beach and shops and restaurants/bars. Really good freshly cooked breakfast too. We would definitely stay if ever back in this beautiful part of Cornwall😁

Historic & charming building in the heart of the oldest part of the town. Ken greeted us at the door and was friendly & helpful. Lots of lovely shops, restaurants, cafes nearby, and a stones throw to the harbour and all other amenities.

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Great little village well located in West coast of Cornwall. House in East walking distance of good food options and many lovely walks. Spotlessly clean, good breakfast in charming little breakfast room. Very friendly helpful hosts in Dom and Fiona. Would highly recommend
A very warm and pleasant host. The shared kitchen and bathroom were spotless. The room was clean and tidy. Provided with tea/coffeemaker, cookies, fresh fruit. It felt very private.
Great location close to the centre of St Just. Very well designed and fitted out, comfortable bed, excellent shower, very obliging hosts, perfect for a short stay.
The location is great, right by the town and transport links.
The apartment was so beautiful and finished to a good quality standard.
Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. There is a shop right around the corner which is helpful as it is a small town in a very quiet location!
We are vegan and so breakfast was thin on the ground regarding offered alternatives to animals or from animals. We just had baked beans. However, the fresh fruit and cereal buffet was EXCEPTIONAL. There was a huge choice of fruits and cereals. Impressive! This was a huge plus point.
The bed was super comfortable and the room was warm enough. It was a quiet, peaceful location. The host was very helpful with regard to helping with directions for walking. The location was lovely. The house was very clean and inviting.
