Shandon Hotel, hotel in Richmond upon Thames

Just a few hundred metres from Richmond Station and the town centre, the Shandon Hotel offers free, limited onsite parking and clean, modern and stylish rooms at great-value prices.

Really kind concierge found us space to change for a wedding we were attending despite arriving hours before check in. We left our bags and checked in with their 24 hour staff at midnight. We were grateful for their flexibility and felt safe and comfortable leaving our bags.

The Hayden Pub & Rooms, hotel in Richmond upon Thames

Located in London, 1 km from Portobello Road Market and 4 km from the centre, The Hayden Pub & Rooms provides air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and a terrace.

Brilliant location, lovely food and drinks to be had downstairs and locally. Spotlessly clean, silent despite being above a pub. Absolutely perfect in every way. George, who showed us to our room, got us each a complimentary drink from the bar, which was a lovely way to start our stay, and really set the tone for what to expect too.

If you’re looking for a special experience, then this is the place to stay. The venue has hosted many famous people. Located on the side of Richmond Hill, the view from the restaurant is extraordinary and is protected by an Act of Parliament. Lovely quiet location within an easy walk along the river to Richmond. The room was lovely and the staff very professional and helpful. There is lovely common area, and the restaurant is exceptional. If you are looking for a special accommodation, then we highly recommend The Petersham.

This charming hotel, with its establishment dating back to 1850, exudes an old-world charm that transports you back in time. It has hosted a myriad of famous personalities, including the likes of Lady Margaret Thatcher, Richard Branson, Mick Jagger, Michael Douglas, Robbie Williams, and many others. The view from my room was simply breathtaking, overlooking the picturesque Richmond meadows and the meandering Thames. The tranquility and beauty of the surroundings are truly worth the price of admission.

Stayed here with family. Cheapest I could find for London for my dates. I see alot of negative reviews. Look in my opinion you get what you pay for. I wanted somewhere cheap and to put the head down as we were out all day everyday. This fulfilled it. Its an apartment in your everyday street. We never used gardens etc. Have everything you needed. If we visited London again Id stay here no problem. Great location to Richmond centre and train station and shops. Hosts were very helpful and great communication befofe and throughout my stay.
