The stay was during storm Eowyn, lots of cancellations going on but the comms from the hotel were top notch, a message to confirm I was still able to make it but late, confirmed, no issues. On arrival collected my key and headed to the room. Spacious, clean, warm - everything that was needed. Standard coffee supplies for the following morning, a bathroom that was functional with great water pressure and good hot water. Seriously no complaints. Free Wifi was fast and there were no drop outs.

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. Hotel was in quieter part of Isle Of Man, right beside the water for an early morning walk. Quaint little sleepy town 7 minute walk away, 3 minute drive. Approx 30-40 min drive to Douglas. Hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast available and sufficient. Staff friendly and polite. Bed - clean and comfy. Good space in the room. Partial view of the sea. Hotel is well kept.
The location was perfect, nice and quiet Jo and John were great hosts and very knowledgeable about the island.
We were delayed on our crossing and needed to alter our stay, they were very helpful with our situation.
When we go back we will definitely book with them again.

.The location, convenient for walking into Ramsey yet outside the centre in a quiet road overlooking the Mooragh Park and across to the sea.Car owners needn't worry about a spot to park and there's no need to stay in Douglas. Simon and Jenny are great hosts and provide a comfortable place to stay, along with good service and an excellent breakfast.
