the location was perfect, close to the town/shops and pubs and to the coast and Tintagel Castle. I've stayed here before many years ago. The room I stayed in was small but comfortable with modern bathroom. Breakfast was lovely. I had a cooler box that I had been using earlier on my trip and they allowed me to put it in their dining room as I was not able to carry it to the 3rd floor bedroom.

Although we booked a little late and then arrived early we were welcomed with a smile and much needed cup of tea Andy was the perfect host and made us feel very welcome.

Fantastic location and views, exceptionally well maintained, great care, consideration and standard, wonderful and very helpful hosts, quiet, peaceful, simply beautiful.
The quietness was lovely for a night away and the views were amazing the area outside was kept very neat and tidy. The card which was left on the side was a lovely touch as was the bottle of prosecco and pint of milk. I also contacted the host as needed a taxi to get to wadebridge as the nearest bus stop was on a main busy rd with no pavement and Lucy didn't hesitate in giving us a few numbers.
