The Seamore is located a few hundred metres from the seafront in a quieter side street. The greeting from the owner was friendly and the place is very clean. Room was comfortable and had tea/coffee making facilities.
There are steps up to the front door and internal stairs to the first floor so be aware of this you have any mobility issues.
We didn’t have breakfast as we stayed for New Year’s Eve and the owners were also out for the celebrations and so were understandably not offering a full service.
We parked on street in a permit holders bay and the owner sorted a permit for us online for the local authority fee of £3.

The hosts Karl and Glynn were very friendly and helpful. The guesthouse was very well decorated and extremely clean, located in a nice, quiet part of Lowestoft, although it still had plenty of amenities. A lovely cooked breakfast. I had the best ever sleep I've had in a hotel with a very comfortable bed.

Great location next to the beach.Fully equipped caravan.Site and caravan were immaculately clean.Plenty of parking.Clubhouse if needed.Thanks to our hosts for the welcome supplies of bread,butter,yoghurt,milk,coffee,tea and a bottle of wine.Good WiFi.
