Great location with spectacular scenery and the cottage was homely and comfortable. Anne and John are fabulous hosts with lots of great advice. A perfect place to get away from it all. If you're lucky enough to get a clear sky at night you won't be disappointed!
The Guest house was perfectly placed in close proximity to Le Petite Chateau wedding venue. The room perfect for our needs and was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with everything that anyone could possibly require. The staff were courteous and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the Butterchurn Guest House.
Our stay was absolutely wonderful. I've stayed in many hotels and guest houses and Butterchurn is second only to the Celtic Manor (a 5 star resort). The place is unbelievably clean, the breakfast is lovely, and the host is extremely helpful. Not to mention how serene and quiet it is for a good night's sleep.
