The accommodation was very unique and had a great water view from our room. The walk to the town center was just 15 minutes and very pleasant. Staff was super friendly and offered breakfast. The car park is small but there is plenty of street parking which is free at night after 8pm.

Even though we weren’t able to get a sea view room (they were sold out by the time I booked) our room was very large, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Loved the little touches, like the sherry and continental breakfast items.

Just a lovely Guest House!! It was located within easy walking distance of the downtown. We just loved the large room, and enjoyed sitting at the window to watch the harbor. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and thought of everything! They even had some breakfast materials in the room. I really wish we would have been there longer than 1 night. I definitely recommend it. One thing-take a taxis to the house if you have a lot of luggage-it is up a big hill. The taxis is not expensive.

Absolutely perfect stay - cozy and beautifully decorated room, gorgeous location with many trails for long walks, kind and friendly hosts, delicious breakfast. The house is located about 20 mins walk/5 minute drive from downtown Oban but we had no problems walking or getting taxis in the evening.

Perfect location for exploring Oban and a very charming stay. Very presentable guesthouse with pride put into the appearance. We had a very comfortable quiet nights stay in a lovely room with everything we needed. Only had twin rooms left when booking but we just moved these together so wasn't a problem.

Had such a great enjoyable and comfortable stay in Invercloy,, Fiona was such a great host and was very friendly relaxed and chatty, the room felt more like my own wee apartment than a room in a guest house and the inclusion of porridge pots, crisps and a cafeteria were all a nice touch an extra bonus, the bed was very comfortable and the view was breathtaking, getting up each morning and looking down and over Oban bay and the harbour was amazing
