The Wight House B&B, hotel in Niton

The Wight House B&B enjoys a location in Ryde, 6.7 miles from Osborne House and 15 miles from Blackgang Chine.

The Wight house B&B is in a great location. We were walking the Isle of Wight coastal path and stayed here for a night. It is up a hill from Ryde Pier. It is a key box check in where you get the code sent to you and then you gain entry from the box outside the door. Our room was clean and airy with the bonus of an outdoor seating area with table and chairs. Breakfast was excellent, host was really welcoming, he sat and had a chat with us before taking our cooked breakfast order which so far has been our favorite breakfast on the Isle of Wight. There was a great selection of cereal, yogurts and fruit + fruit juices to start with and then the choice of a full English after. I would recommend the Wight house and if we come back on the Island would definitely stay again, if we were not walking the island would make this our base for the duration.

This was a really lovely getaway and the hosts went truly above and beyond for us as we had a small mishap with the local bus! The view is exactly same as the photos and it's very quiet around. The cabin was great; super clean and pleasant. I highly recommend this, we found that Niton was far less touristy while still having enough to dine out, and good bus connections.

The host Abbie was extremely gracious and helpful, thank you! A lovely quiet spot for a long weekend. A choice of 2 outdoor seating areas, good sized bedroom and living/dining area with well equipped kitchenette. The bathroom was a good size and shower had good water pressure. Good area for walking and a pub nearby for food and drinks.

We enjoyed our two weeks stay here in Field View Lodge. Abbie our hostess was very kind, engaged and courteous. Very quiet location. Although there is no immediate access for cars (pedestrial area) it was no problem parking the car near-by.
