Lizzie was a great host and made us feel instantly welcome.
The room was lovely and spotless. The bed was very comfy.
The breakfast in the morning was delicious!

The guest house is about a 25 minute walk to the bottom of the royal mile - or Lizzie gave us great instruction on how to use the bus. We were happy to walk it though and see the great views of Arthur's seat.

I had exceptional stay at this property. It was spotlessly clean and the owner was incredibly obliging. Always going out of their way to ensure a great experience. The food was fantastic with fresh and delicious options. Every day. Great location, off street parking, great comms from the host, walkable to bars, short train into Edinburgh and for the price the appartment was really nice.
Although outside Edinburgh, it was a quick and easy train journey right into the centre. The apartment was clean modern functional and nicely decorated. And plenty of room for a family of 5. Parking was right outside and on a dead end street so super convenient. Road was quiet and hosts were very easy to deal with.
