The overall ambiance of above and beyond was stunning the room bathroom and entrance hall exceeded our expectations the pictures really don’t do it justice and the bed, my word !!!

A beautiful country hotel. The service from Richard was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. If you are going on the basis of there being spa services I suggest to ring ahead before booking as very limited space for services and use of hot tub and sauna. We were unfortunately not able to make use as it was fully booked but we will definitely go back and plan ahead for spa services

It was a delightful spacious studio cottage, in a quiet location with views over the hills. The sounds of birds and sheep were prevalent.

Moffat is a charming little market town.
I broke my journey to and from the Outer Hebrides here, and it complimented my whole holiday.
Very nice B&B, great location & a large, clean, quiet, warm room. Very nice breakfast and very friendly hosts. We've stayed in lots of B&B's over the years and Hartfell House definitely comes close to the top of the list.
Very clean, George and Elena were great hosts especially as they had just taken the business over 2 days before I arrived. Very welcoming, great location for the petanque competition that was being held over the weekend, it was within walking distance
