Everything! Beautifully furnished property, fantastic room, very comfortable bed, so much attention to detail- such a choice of toiletries, coffee machine, FRESH milk, homemade cake on arrival - nothing was left undone. The breakfast choices were amazing and absolutely delicious. Wonderful hosts.

Sainai house was spotlessly clean . Victor and Alison were very kind and welcoming and our room 9 had spectacular views over the bay . Victors cooked breakfasts were perfect and the homemade sweet treats were great. A bonus was the little jars of honey from their own Bees ! Also loved the big fluffy white towels that actually went round unlike so many others in places we have stayed before !

The owners Kevin & Jan his wife were extremely friendly & helpful. Kevin even gave us a lift into Lynmouth, and then collected us later. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

The couple who run it are super friendly and great hosts. The house is easy to find, in a great location, decent parking on the street. They serve breakfast at a time convenient to you and its a very comfy place to stay.
Dog friendly guest house and great hosts. Breakfast was amazing. Dogs are not allowed in the dining room. However, the host made sure we could take Breakfast together in the lounge. Perfect. Hotel only minutes away from the town and amenities and plenty of parking. Great stay, thank you
Comfortable clean room in great location; quiet. Friendly helpful host. Continental breakfast provided in room was better than expected - nice table properly laid up, cereals and milk, orange juice, yoghurt, croissant and pain au chocolat.
Collette is a great host, nothing is too much trouble, all of the staff are lovely, the room was really comfortable and clean, breakfast was superb and it’s a great location, we will definitely be back!
