The hosts (Glenda and Daniele) were wonderful and very kind. We had two rooms: two of us were in the garden room, which was absolutely wonderful. I stayed in the single person room (room 1) which was quite small, but equipped with every amenity and comfortable. Both rooms were on the garden and very quiet at night.
The breakfast was the best English breakfast I have ever had in many trips to the UK!
Parking on the street was free, and it is 10 minute walk to the town centre.

Pauline is an exceptional host, the property is
clean, spacious, and very comfortable with
particular attention to detail. Great location with everything you would require within walking distance, restaurants shops etc, we were there visiting High Force waterfall and to stop in East View House made it a super weekend.
B&B with character, fantastic host and award winning breakfast- and we could see why! Best breakfast I’ve had, with fantastic selection, including fresh fruit, cold meats and home made banana and walnut cake and gingerbread. Honesty bar a nice touch. Great location and nicely decorated
