It was a lovely place with great views from every direction and a lovely stroll up from Kilkeel
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Clean, spacious room with a comfy bed, parking close by, great location above a food shop and a stone throw away from a lovely bar and restaurant. Great location.
Was a valentines stay for me and the mrs so just wanted a quiet few drinks nice dinner and comfortable room but it absolutely blew me away how comfy it was. How much the bar staff knew about the drinks etc also how clean the whole hotel was
Superb cottage, very clean and modern interior.
Location is beautiful and the surrounding area is very quiet for a nice relaxing stay. The cottage itself is tucked away, so you have a lot of privacy.
Wood burning hot tub is a great addition to the property.
The host was very welcoming, informative and kept in touch throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.
The cottage is just very quaint and cozy, it's my 2nd time staying, 1st time I stayed with friends, but thought it would me nice for my husband and I to stay, so I booked for our 10th wedding Anniversary, we had a lovely relaxing stay and the hot tub was an added bonus, well be back very soon.
Loved everything about it
It was very quiet and peaceful
Very cozy and nice place perfect for a gateway with a friends or some family
Definitely we’ll be back again
Room was very spacious and clean. Very comfortable & a beautiful view over the countryside. Great location for a relaxing break & access to Slieve Gullion. Dinner in the restaurant & breakfast were absolutely fantastic, great choice & excellent quality. Spa is nice & very clean. Was a little small so we were glad it was reasonably quiet during our winter break.
