The large room with the 4 poster was out of this world! Felt very luxurious, and having the lake and a private terrace for a morning coffee was amazing! we were up for a wedding at Ingshall grange farm, and this was located perfectly, just 10 minutes in a taxi from the venue.
I even left my charger, and Holly was really accommodating and called and has posted it back to me. Above and beyond service, thank you

The accommodation was clean.
There was no breakfast provided, but a short walk away the Cathedral coffee shop provided excellent pancakes for breakfast.
On-road parking opposite the Inn was free.
A good shower.

What a special place. Tucked away in farmland, surrounded by bridle paths and parklands, it's very quiet and a great place for walking. The house is lovely, and an exceptional guesthouse with hosts for whom nothing is too much trouble. There's a laundry, and they set places for you in the evenings in the breakfast room in case you want to bring back takeaways or heat a meal in the microwave. Rooms are great and breakfasts lovely. Highly recommended.
The hosts were very welcoming and helpful when coming to order food, showing me to my room and any other questions I had.
The room was spotless and spacious with added extras ie water in the fridge eye mask and ear plugs if needed but they weren’t as the guesthouse is in a lovely setting and very quiet.
Breakfast was superb and set me up nicely for the day I will definitely stay again 👍
