Cleanliness, warm welcome, interior, attention to detail. Anne and Tony have thought about every little detail, you couldn't have wanted or needed anything more.
Breakfast was perfect, lovely cooked food to cater for your specific needs, good variety and set up and always greeted with a smile.
Room was nice, big bed, tv lamps and little extras like flannels, shampoo and hand-wash were made locally.
Village had a pub literally around the corner that served lovely food , we booked to avoid disappointment.
All in all we had a lovely stay and would return in a heartbeat

A really lovely spot to stay for a night in a quiet countryside spot. The hosts met us on arrival and were really friendly and helpful, and everything was lovely and clean. Despite being in the hosts' garden, we didn't feel overlooked and it very much felt like our own space for the night. Plus, it was less than a 5 minute walk to the cosy local pub The Jolly Farmer, where we had excellent food.

The cabin appears brand new, very clean , very comfortable, very spacious, in fact bigger than expected with a lovely garden. Lovely hosts, chatty enough but not over bearing. Really nice people. We will certainly return for a longer stay. Highly recommended.
Andy was a great host making sure our requests were fulfilled! The day before our arrival he sent us an Information pack about the apartment and the area of Malton which was very informative.
Great location of the apartment! Anything you would need was within walking distance, shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants! Malton train station was a 5-minute walk from the apartment - really convenient!
The beds were incredibly comfy and perfect!
Access to the building and apartment was through codes which was easy to follow through.
Very comfortable, very well equipped. Extremely quiet and pleasant surroundings. Nicely decorated and clean. Plenty of places to visit and walk. Very nice cake shop within a stones throw.

We had an amazing time staying at the Deerholme Cottage. The place was spotless, well equipped and spacious. Hosts were very friendly (including the resident cat and dog!).
Location was perfect for us - it was an easy drive to all touristy spots we wanted to visit but it was so nice to come back to some peace and quiet at the end of the day! We'd love to come back!
