The building has thick walls and so internet was not possible in the rooms. But internet is possible in the pub and entrance lounge/outside seating at front door.

Charming Inn with great history. Location is excellent for access to walking paths and close enough to Lynmouth and Lynton without being in town. The rooms were so comfortable and the bathroom was very modern. It was SO quiet at night yet there was a lively bar with pool table and games if you desire. Breakfast was provided and very ample for a day of sightseeing or trekking.

Fantastic breakfast - the Eggs Benedict was excellent as to was the homemade bread and jams.
Super location and parking - the location is superb - everything is within easy walking distance and the there was ample on site parking with CCTV security.
Fab room - it was spacious, very quiet, clean and the bed super comfy.
Lovely and quiet location with beautiful seaview, perfect to watch the sunset. Astley is super friendly, great host made us very welcome. There is everything you need in the room, very comfortable bed, high quality finish with attention to details. Lovely dogs that are very well trained. Perfect place for a short stay away.
