Had felt a little worried and unsure about staying in a bedroom with shared bathroom with my child but it was absolutely fine and felt so safe as each bedroom has own door pin lock and there is also cctv in the communal areas. The house is really clean, bed was so so SOOOO comfy and my little girl was blown away with the fancy kitchen! It was perfect for us to get some sleep before an early flight...just a ten min walk round to departures so will definitely be using again

We arrived quite late and was greeted at the door by a very pleasant chap who was attentive and helpful.
The room had been set-up to our needs and was clean and tidy.
Breakfast was toast, cereal, fresh fruit and hot tea/coffee... not exceptional but unsupervised and plenty to set you up for the day.
The host was very welcoming and we have a nice conversation. He was knowledgable about the area and recommended some things to do.
The room was warm and the beds were very comfortable, I slept very well. The whole place was very quiet and the hotel is quite isolated.
Great location and excellent value for money. Rooms were clean and hosts very welcoming. great base for exploring Chester and the surrounding area and would definitely stay again! Choice of hot and cold breakfast buffet, good selection and plenty of it.
