We did have a problem. When we were getting ready to leave for the wedding, my son discovered he had left his suit trousers at home, so as you can imagine the panic. We turned to Richard, the owner, who offered to run my son to tescos, which was the nearest place where my son could try and get some trousers. (15-minute drive there and back) Thankfully, my son came back with a pair of trousers, and we made it to the venue with a few minutes to spare.
Richard went above and beyond, and we were grateful for what he did.
Full English breakfast was spot on too. Plenty to choose from.

Very comfortable bed. Lovely decoration. Great location. Very cosy! There was also complimentary milk and two bars of chocolate in the fridge as well as tea and coffee facilities. Great stay!

The property was lovely to stay, everything was sorted for us upon arrival & the host was hospitable to say the least she answered every question we had. The rooms were nice and clean and we didn’t have to worry about anything, everywhere we went was easily accessible to us within a short distance drive. Hi Olu, I'd like to say a very big thank you for letting me and my guide dog Brier stay at your apartment. It was very clean, everything was brilliant. It was a little out of town but not to far and I hink if I'd tried a bit harder we could have done some walking instead of getting taxi's. All facilities were clean and worked extremely well. Fabulous accommodation, quiet location, a short walk from the lake. The host was very welcoming and pleasant and thoughtful in ensuring the guests have everything they could possibly need, ie, cotton wool buds, tissues, hot chocolate, biscuits and a bottle of water. I enjoyed a comfortable nights sleep, awoke rested to enjoy a beautiful garden view.
We stayed at the property over Christmas, and had a fabulous time there. The property was extremely well equipped, and had absolutely everything we needed, both in the kitchen to cook Christmas diner and in general. The property was very cosy and comfortable. For us the property was perfectly situated with access to the Pennines and also local amenities. The beds were really comfortable and we found the property very quiet. The host was available and very easy to contact, but we found this wasn't needed.
Very clean, modern, everything you could need in a ‘home from home’! Slept really well, rooms very quiet. Host lives next door, said hello on 1st day, was very friendly and helpful. Quick drive to Yorkshire hills and dales. Train station 10 mins walk away, on main Leeds-Manchester line so in Central Manchester in 45 mins door to door!
