Really clean room, towel provided. Nice room in a half house-share/half hotel.
But, there was no internet code given or left in the property, and the details to enter (keycode system) weren't sent in an email until AFTER I left, the day after. Luckily the man downstairs helped me.
The owner/landlord seemed helpful upon ringing for entry advice, and he did sound stressed. But there should be a bit more guidance and necessities left.
Hansom House is located in Hinckley, just 14 miles from University of Leicester and 14 miles from Leicester Train Station.

This is such lovely and well appointed apartment. Everything was spotless and had so many little niceties that we didn’t expect. Rachael is a fantastic and thoughtful host.

Very very stylish. The bed was extremely comfortable. The complimentary milk, coffee, tea, shampoo, and shower gel gave it that luxury hotel feel. fast Wi-Fi with a smart TV. The location was perfect right in the city centre, and I loved the industrial feel to the area, it has a cheap car park right next to the building as well. Extremely extremely clean! Lovely host, answered my question about where the tv remote was very quickly!! This is my new go to place to stay when in Leicester. Highly recommend!

Lovely modern and clean hotel, great location only short walk to city centre and surprising very quiet considering it’s located on a busy roundabout. Smart bar and restaurant aswell, great value for money, would stay again.
Apartment looked amazing! All the rooms were clean, comfortable and well-maintained! Short walk from the city centre and near shops, restaurants, etc. but located on a quiet street so had a peaceful night’s sleep. Host was friendly at check in and answered all our questions. Guest services were offered via a portal which made it so easy to add late check out when needed. Great value for the price!
Great location near to the train station and city centre. Excellent value for money, cost was cheaper than most other options nearby but would've expected a quiet and clean room from any hotel or apartment, which this wasn't.
Beautifully designed apartment in a great location! We truly felt at home with a fully equipped kitchen with all the little things that make you feel at home. The place is nice and quiet with a secure parking. It has 2 great bedrooms + 2 bathrooms that are perfect for a family.
We were greeted by the host and given a tour which we found quite helpful.
Great location, super central right in the city centre. Brand new flat looks recently decorated. Massive car parking just by the entrance ( paid one).super attentive host, always available when needed. Definitely coming back
