Staff very friendly and helpful - met us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. Very clean, nice and central with easy parking. Bed was comfy and decent bathroom, all small touches thought of. Breakfast was amazing and included in the price. Can't fault it, will definitely stay again!

Ruby and Raymond are exceptionally welcoming and attentive hosts. Our room was spacious, with an extra-large bed, and the ensuite bathroom was generously sized as well. Everything was immaculately clean. A kettle with tea, coffee and tasty cookies was provided and replenished daily, including fresh milk in a glass bottle in the fridge—so much better than the tiny plastic containers common in other hotels. We were treated to a wee bottle of Speyside single-malt whisky at the start of our stay. Raymond prepares fantastic breakfasts; don't miss the homemade jam and marmalade—they're the best I've ever tasted! We will definitely be returning.

This was our second visit to Sutherlands Guest House and it felt like a home away from home! The super-king bed was so comfy, our room was spacious and breakfast was delicious. Ruby and Raymond are wonderful hosts and they made us feel welcome and comfortable. A very handy location for us as we were visiting family staying in Aviemore, as well as the Highland Wildlife Park and Glenmore Forest Park.

Sue and her husband are great hosts. Wonderful breakfast and she made accommodations for my allergies. The room was clean and charming as was the breakfast room. Eating places are walkable and parking was on site.
Great location with everything you want straight outside the front within walking distance, inside the property was still very quiet though. The accommodation is spotless and tastefully decorated. The host was attentive and friendly.
The villa is in a great location. Shop, supermarket, restaurants and train station are nearby. The town itself is quiet and peaceful. Meanwhile, the villa is close to the tourist spots, like the highland wildlife park, Loch Morlich Watersports. There are some walk trails within walking distance. The villa was sparkling clean. Shaun, the host was so nice to allow us to early check-in as we were a group with kids and elderly. He was also responsive to our enquiries. We enjoyed so much during the stay. Highly recommended the villa.
