In a lovely quiet spot, short trip to Keiss beach where you can spot seals and otters. The room was lovely and we got upgraded to a room with a side sea view. The host is very friendly and accommodating and even provided us with breakfast on the go for our early start for the ferry from Gills.

A gem of a find. Rural setting, so very quiet. Quite a new build, so everything is immaculate and my room was perfect. A very comfortable bed with a nice en-suite…everything you need really. The host was pleasant and attentive The pub/restaurant in the nearby village is good for a meal and a mere 1.3 mile walk away. A good way to help work off the plentiful meal on the return leg.

Owain and Katie are great hosts. The room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of food and options. The breakfast room is a lovely glazed loggia. The house is in a very quiet location, in the country, with a wonderful view of the ocean. There was a closet in the room, with plenty of room for clothes and stuff and this is a plus, even if I prefer shelves rather than hangers when it comes to closets, it's generally better for travellers (it's not an issue, though).
