Everything is modern looking and spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the idea of the kitchen/lounge area although we didn't use it on this occasion. Location is excellent, right in the centre of the town and within easy walking distance of local amenities. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The room was great for me as a solo traveller, I needed tobe at the uni each day early so only had breakfast once, but it was very good. I was not expecting a double bed so that was a nice surprise. Lots of toiletries, towels and the usual tea and coffee.

I was a little nervous as I was a solo traveller, but i can honestly say i needed to have been. Check-in was so easy, and i fejt very safe. The room had everything you could need for an overnight stay, even had a microwave! The host had left bottled water in the fridge, which was a lovely touch after a night out. The bed was the best I think I've ever slept in. Very clean and cosy. and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend.

This property was really a hidden gem just as its name , it was a really wonderful place , hosts where really helpful if there was anything you needed, the place was so charming nice and quiet and relaxing, everything you needed was in the property, the place was lovely designed and well thought out inside, it was spotlessly clean , a great place, will be going back again
Used it as a pre holiday stopover before our flight from East Midlands Airport. Great start to our holiday great location for the airport, lovely welcoming hosts who go the extra mile to ensure everything is catered for during your stay. The rooms we used were exceptionally clean comfortable and roomy. In summary we would highly recommend Pleasant House to anyone looking for a quality place to stay in the Kegworth area.
